Membership fee is valid through September. My submitted application indicates agreement to abide by the Chamber Mission, Bylaws and Policies and Procedures, where applicable. Any failure to observe the mission, bylaws, or policies, or any behavior that does not reflect well on the Chamber may be grounds for termination of membership. When available, health insurance coverage is offered through Chamber membership only and is available to all members regardless of any health status-related factor relating to such members (or individuals eligible for coverage through a member). The Chamber reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant. Membership is not considered confirmed until approved by the Board of Directors. The Chamber further reserves the right to deny placement of any advertising if it is deemed inappropriate. I understand my information, as listed on the application, will be published on the Chamber website, in the membership directory, with the Gunnison-Crested Butte Tourism Association where applicable, and will be provided upon request to other membership. By submitting this application online, I grant permission for the Chamber to provide correspondence via email or fax.
