about the trailhead porta potty program
The Trailhead Porta Potty Program began 10 years ago at the request of businesses and visitors in need of a clean, well-maintained bathroom at remote high-use trailheads.
The CB Mt CB Chamber of Commerce has worked to locate funding, obtain approval from the Forest Service and Crested Butte Land Trust, work with the service provider, communicate with visitors and listen to feedback on how to continue to improve this program.
This year's program began as usual, with placement at key locations the weekend prior to July 4th. But we heard feedback that they were needed much earlier. Your sponsorship helps us extend the program!
